My name is Antonio Francis and I am Owner and Operator of Francis Outdoors, LLC. Our company focus is to provide the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area with the highest level of service for their outdoor space and outdoor living area needs. We understand the importance of getting your home and landscaping projects personalized to your vision and will work with you to accomplish that goal.
IN 2006,
I founded Lifetime Stones, a fully licensed and insured stone masonry and concrete company serving the DC metropolitan area. The company won dozens of consecutive awards from Angie’s List, Houzz and Service Magic. Lifetime Stones specialized in patios, walkways, driveways, steps, retaining walls, fireplaces, veneering and foundations. Throughout the years we frequently received requests for other complimentary services such as decks, landscaping, iron works, pergula’s, fencing, etc. which we would refer out or not have a solution for the customer. These requests intensified during the height of the COVID pandemic. Many of our clients no longer wanted just a patio or a walkway, but a place that they could utilize and entertain their friends and family. There were overwhelming requests from clients to incorporate features such as fireplaces, fire pits, screened in porches and outdoor kitchens.
IN 2021,
My wife, Alysa and I sought to re-imagine Lifetime Stones into Francis Outdoors. We wanted to create an all-inclusive outdoor solution that could help homeowners see the potential in their homes. By using the best tradesmen and women from our award-winning development company, Francis Development, our goal is to provide clients with a professional construction experience and the convenience of dealing with one contact person throughout. By hiring Francis Outdoors, the clients are never left with an unfinished yard. We strive to ensure that you receive the highest quality of service and that work is done properly with attention to detail. Francis Outdoors has specialized equipment, knowledge, and staff to properly install Masonry (including stone, concrete, retaining walls, pavers, and brick), Carpentry (including pergolas, fencing, decking, screened porches, garages, and pool houses) Metal, and decorative features (landscaping, lighting, and water features) to meet your needs.
Our projects span from driveway replacement to flagstone walkways, patios, retaining walls to outdoor features such as pergolas, decks, outdoor kitchens, chimney, fire pits and lighting.
